Welcome to Sahyadri Agro'z ("we", "our", or "us"). We operate a farm-fresh grocery delivery mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our app.

By using the Sahyadri Agro'z app, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

We collect the following types of information:

• Phone Number: Used for authentication via OTP through Firebase Authentication.
• Name & Email Address: Collected when you complete your profile, used for communication and order confirmation.
• Delivery Addresses: House number, area, city, state, pincode, and GPS coordinates — used solely to calculate delivery eligibility and route your order.
• Order Information: Items ordered, quantities, prices, payment method, and order status.
• Wishlist Data: Products you save for later, linked to your account.
• Device Information: Basic device type and OS version for crash reporting and app performance via Firebase.

Your information is used to:

• Authenticate and manage your account securely
• Process and deliver your orders within our 15 km service radius
• Send order status notifications and updates
• Verify delivery eligibility based on your location
• Improve the app experience and fix issues
• Respond to customer support queries
• Comply with legal obligations if required

All data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Firestore), a cloud infrastructure provided by Google LLC. Firebase uses industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest.

Access is protected by Firebase Security Rules and Firebase App Check to prevent unauthorised access to our backend.

When you add a delivery address, you may allow the app to use your device GPS to auto-fill your location. This is used only to check delivery radius eligibility and calculate delivery distance.

We do not track your location in the background or while the app is closed.

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Firebase Authentication – Phone OTP login (Google LLC)
• Cloud Firestore – Database storage (Google LLC)
• Firebase App Check – Security and abuse prevention (Google LLC)
• Google Maps / Geocoding – Address lookup and distance calculation

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Order records may be retained for up to 3 years for business and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time — we will action it within 30 days.

The Sahyadri Agro'z app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will promptly delete that information.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
